The Jeffco Open Secondary serves students in seventh through twelfth grade.
- Foundations: 7th & 8th Grades
- High School: 9th - 12th Grades
Students in the Secondary have access to the following special programs:

- Secondary Arts & Music
- JCOS Travel Program
- Ultimate Frisbee
